Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, worldwide. No minimums, no codes — it's included automatically at checkout.


Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping notification with tracking details once your order is on its way.


Delivery Timeframes

We ship internationally from our supply partner, and delivery timeframes vary by destination:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, peak postal periods, or circumstances outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the outer window, contact us and we'll investigate straight away.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking updates may take 2–3 business days to appear in the system after dispatch — this is normal and doesn't mean your order isn't moving.

If you haven't received a tracking notification within 3 business days of your order confirmation, check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@gethuumi.com.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

HUUMI ships internationally and your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or processing fees levied by your country's customs authority upon arrival. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are unable to predict whether your order will be assessed, or what the amount may be — this varies by country, product type, and declared value. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure what to expect before placing an order.

Please note: We declare all shipments accurately and at full value. We are unable to mark orders as gifts or undervalue shipments on customs documentation.


Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment may incur an additional shipping fee.

HUUMI is not responsible for orders lost or undeliverable due to an address error made at checkout.


Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it delivered but you haven't received it, contact us at support@gethuumi.com with your order number and, where possible, photos of any damage. We'll work with you to resolve it — whether that's a replacement or a refund — in line with your rights under our Returns Policy and applicable consumer law.
