What is the Huumi Flame? The Huumi Flame is an aromatherapy diffuser with a beautifully simulated flame effect. It fills your space with your favourite scent while creating a warm, calming ambience — ideal for your bedroom, living room, or workspace.
What is the Huumi Flow+? The Flow+ is a dual-mist portable USB humidifier with a 300ml water tank and integrated carry strap. It's designed for all-day use — at home, at the office, or on the go.
Can I use essential oils in both products? Yes. Both the Flame and Flow+ are compatible with essential oils. Simply add a few drops to the water tank alongside clean water and enjoy your chosen scent.
How long does each product run on a full tank? The Huumi Flame (150ml tank) runs for several hours on a single fill. The Flow+ (300ml tank) is built for extended sessions and can run all day depending on your mist setting.
Do the products turn off automatically? Yes. Both the Flame and Flow+ feature auto shut-off when the water level is low, so you can use them overnight or unattended with peace of mind.
What type of water should I use? We recommend using clean, room-temperature water. Distilled or filtered water will help extend the life of your device and keep the mist clean.
Are the products safe to use around children and pets? Yes, when used as directed. Always ensure the device is placed on a stable, flat surface out of reach of young children and pets.
Shipping
Where do you ship to? We ship worldwide, including Australia, USA, Canada, UK, and across Europe.
How much does shipping cost? Nothing — shipping is free on all orders, worldwide.
How long will my order take to arrive? Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. Please allow a little extra time during peak periods.
Will I receive tracking information? Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.
My order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe. What should I do? If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, please contact us at support@gethuumi.com and we'll look into it straight away.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back.
What if my product arrives damaged or faulty? If your product arrives damaged or stops working within the warranty period, contact us with a photo and your order number and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
How do I start a return? Email us at support@gethuumi.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
How long do refunds take? Once we've received and assessed your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Warranty
Do your products come with a warranty? Yes. All Huumi products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and faults under normal use.
What does the warranty cover? The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions.
How do I make a warranty claim? Contact us at support@gethuumi.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll take it from there.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout.
Is my payment information secure? Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We never store your card details.
